Colts Dugout
Team Preview
The Colts look to improve on a couple previous 20 win seasons. With 13 seniors they are poised to make a run in the state tournament. This team has great team chemistry and play for each other. The pitching and defense are the strengths of the team. The Casteel Baseball community is excited about this season and are eager to compete all year long.
Players to Watch
Matthew is a very talented two-way player. His stuff on the mound will be tough opponents this year. He can really handle the bat and project him to be in the middle of our lineup this season. His tools are getting better every day and has a very bright future for Casteel and beyond.
Connor is a Team Captain and is an extremely competitive hitter. He leads by example and is exactly what we are looking for in our program. His drive to win and get better as a player is as good as any player I've ever coached.
Luke is the backbone of the Colts defense. He handles pitchers as well as any player I've coached. He's a disciplined hitter and puts together competitive at-bats consistently.
College Commit: Colorado Christian University
Tyler has a physical presence on the mound with a heavy fastball. His breaking ball is a great pitch and he has a great feel for hitters.

Jared is a slick middle infielder and an unbelievable base runner. His baseball IQ is impressive and a very well rounded hitter.
